Hygieia Home Health, Inc. ("HHHI") has assembled a team of health care professionals led by registered nurses to ensure that the needs of our Pulmonary Disease patients are met. In addition, clinical personnel at HHHI enhance their field expertise by attending ongoing in-service and continuing education programs.
HHHI clinicians will:

• Communicate regularly about the patient's status and progress • Observe and thoroughly access the Pulmonary Disease patient • Evaluate the caregiver's ability to participate in the home care management of the patient • Develop and assist patients with a customized home health and exercise plan • Provide patients with written learning tools • Monitor vital signs and assess patients for early signs of infection • Conduct screening pulse oximetry • Actively involve the patient and caregivers in managing the patient's condition. • Educate and train patients and caregivers about various facets of Pulmonary Disease
