RN Case Managers and for the Long Beach and South Orange County areas! We are looking for RNs with home health experience to manage case loads from admission to discharge. We call you with the referral and you make an appointment to meet with the patient to accommodate your current schedule or lifestyle.
We pay competitive per diem rates and offer salaried positions for the full time committed nurse. Mileage and cell phones are also included. You select the zip code(s) that you would like to manage to avoid excessive travel. Benefit packages are available for full time and per diem nurses. If you do not have previous home care experience, we can train you to become a home health nurse if you have at least one year of acute care experience.
